The SL-30P Overlapping Welding Machine integrates the functions of bonding the positive and negative poles of the overlapping solar cells with conductive adhesive and curing.
It can automatically complete the fully automatic production and processing of feeding the solar cells, detecting the small pieces with PL, automatic positioning, detecting the appearance defects with CCD, spraying the conductive adhesive, overlapping welding with the robotic arm, curing, and automatically unloading the string.
The production cycle is 3000 pieces per hour.
It is compatible with solar cells within the range of 26-35mm (width) * 40-210mm (length).
