SC-10D Fully Automatic Wafer Scribing Machine
The SC-10D laser scribing machine is designed for silicon wafer cutting.
It applies non-destructive laser technology, fitted with dual stations, dual laser heads and non-stop feeding structure.
Supported by high-performance linear modules and professional control software, it can process straight lines, chamfers and other customized patterns on silicon wafers.
SAW-100A Busbar Layout & Confluence Machine
Specially designed for non-standard small-size modules below 100W.
The effective processing area is 450×800mm. It features good backward compatibility to process modules of various sizes, and supports cell strings with a minimum size of 45mm×260mm.
SAW-300A Busbar Layout & Confluence Machine
Specially designed for non-standard modules below 320W. With good backward compatibility, it can meet the processing requirements of modules in various sizes.
Its effective processing area is 880*1650mm. The maximum length of cell string is 1650mm, and the minimum applicable cell string size is 60*300mm.

STW-180A Terminal Welding Machine
The STW-180A terminal welding machine is used to weld busbars to the positive and negative ends of solar cell strings.
It supports offline automatic string feeding, positioning, busbar cutting and welding. Optional functions include EL inspection, automatic layout and string unloading. The machine can connect with string welders and layout machines.
Equipped with customized full-magnetic high-frequency welding heads for great compatibility, it handles cell strings with width of 60–210 mm and length of 300–2000 mm.
The maximum cycle time is 13 seconds per string.
