SAW-500B Layout & Busbar Integration Machine
Wide Compatibility: The SAW-500B supports string lengths from 450 mm to 2500 mm and string widths from 91 mm to 212 mm with excellent backward compatibility. It is also applicable to layouts with different string pitches.
High-precision Positioning & High Cycle Efficiency: The equipment adopts a combined positioning system of servo motors, mechanical mechanisms and laser sensors to deliver high-accuracy position detection for cell strings and solder ribbons. The 6 high-frequency welding heads can be controlled independently.
User-friendly Feeding Design: Equipped with 4 well-designed feeding stations, the SAW-500B greatly improves feeding convenience and efficiency while minimizing manual operation.
Fast Model Changeover: Model changeover on the SAW-500B takes only 30 minutes, enabling quick response to changing production requirements.
Reliable Product Quality: Benefiting from the precision of servo systems, stable mechanical structure and high accuracy of laser sensors, the SAW-500B effectively reduces solar cell breakage rate.
