SAW-300A Busbar Layout & Confluence Machine
SAW-300A typesetting and busbar integration machine is specifically designed for non-standard components with a power of less than 320W.
It has excellent downward compatibility and can meet the processing requirements of components of various sizes.
The effective processing width and length is 880*1650mm. The maximum length of the battery string is 1650mm, and the minimum size of the battery string is 60*300mm.
It is equipped with 4 sets of high-frequency electromagnetic welding heads, which can be controlled independently.
It is equipped with 4 feeding stations, 4 sets of string picking and placing mechanisms, and a unique positioning system, which significantly improves the convenience and efficiency of feeding.
The time for switching the plate type is approximately 30 minutes.
