The SS-1500B solar cell welding machine is suitable for welding BC-class solar cells such as IBC, HPBC, and ABC. It can be used for welding PERC, TOPCON, and HJT solar cells with a regular 20BB or below (tooling replacement is required).
The equipment adopts various advanced automation technologies such as PLC, servo, four-axis industrial robot, and vision. It can achieve fully automatic processing, including taking paper for solar cells, feeding materials, EL detection for solar cell strings, string unloading, and automatic laying of string isolation paper.
It is compatible with flat welding ribbons with a width of 0.38-1mm.
It is compatible with large-spacing welding with a spacing of 0-91mm.
It is compatible with the patch function (right-angle and chamfer splicing during small piece welding).
The gap film for BC solar cells can be automatically laid online.
