The SAW-100A Busbar Layout & Confluence All-in-One Machine is specifically engineered for small-sized non-standard components under 100W.
With an effective processing area of 450×800mm, it features excellent downward compatibility to accommodate various component sizes, supporting the smallest battery strings as small as 45mm×260mm.
Equipped with 2+1 independent high-frequency electromagnetic welding heads, the system enables individual control and easy switching between configurations.
It supports online lead-out wire welding.
Cycle time: 15 seconds (for two strings).
Panel type changeover: 20 minutes.
