STW-180A Terminal Welding Machine

STW-180A Terminal Welding Machine
The STW-180A terminal welding machine is used to weld the positive and negative poles of the solar cell string to the busbars respectively.
It can achieve functions such as offline automatic string feeding, automatic positioning, automatic busbar cutting, automatic busbar welding, automatic string EL detection (optional), automatic layout (optional), and string unloading.
It can be connected to the string welder and the layout machine.
It uses a customized full-magnetic-field high-frequency welding head, which has good compatibility.
It can realize the busbar connection of solar cell strings within the range of 60-210mm (width) * 300-2000mm (length).
The maximum cycle time is 13 seconds per string.
